How
to Order Browse our site and place your order by
adding products to the shopping cart. When you are finished with
your selection click on the "view cart" link in the top
navigation bar. You will see your shopping cart and items. Make
adjustments if needed and click "proceed to checkout".
You will be asked to login, register as a new customer, or
proceed without registering. Most customers choose to
"continue without registering". You do not have to register
to shop with us. However, registering will save your shipping information
for future orders you place with us. Follow the directions
in checkout. Once you have selected your shipping and payment methods
you click on "continue" to review your total. Your order will be sent to us when you
click "submit".
If
you are making a payment with a Check, Cashier Check, or Money Order
you will be directed to an order confirmation page and your invoice
will be emailed to you. You will need to print out the invoice and
mail it in with your payment. Orders paid with a Cashier Check or
Money Order will be processed immediately upon receiving your payment.
Orders paid by check will be processed 10 days after we receive
your payment in the mail. If you are paying by Mastercard,
Visa, or PayPal you will be redirected to a secure payment processing
page where you can input your information. If your payment is accepted
you will receive an email confirming your payment. Your order will
be processed upon confirmation of your payment.
If for some reason your payment does
not process, and you would still like your order, contact us ASAP
at 1-800-264-9403 and we will do our best to help you process your
payment.
Note: All unpaid credit card
orders will be automatically cancelled in 36 hours if we have not
been contacted with an alternate payment method. All orders being
paid with a check, money order, or cashier check will be automatically
cancelled if payment is not received by the 10th day following the
order.
Team / Quantity Discounts Team and
Quantity Discounts
are available. The discount amount will vary depending on
the product and number of items ordered. Team discounts are only offered for orders paid with a cashier check or money order. Please contact us for
the Discount Code BEFORE you order.
Returns/Exchanges We
only accept returns and refund your money on items that
have a defect. We MUST receive your order back within 60 days of the original order date to issue refund. After 60 days and you will be issued store credit. We also do not issue refunds/credits/exchanges on any item that has moved to clearance or has been discontinued. Our website will not show "clearance" or "discontinued" items. Contact us BEFORE mailing back your item to see if you are due a credt/refund/exchange. Allow
up to 30 days for processing refunds.
We
gladly accept size exchanges with a restock/reship fee. Exchanges
are for like item/different size only.
The following fees apply for size exchanges: $6.50 for the first
item, add $1.50 for each additional item. All fees must be paid
before the new item(s) will be sent.
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
You must
FIRST contact us for all exchanges/returns BEFORE mailing back the
garment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any
reason. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return at
any time.
RTS - Return to Sender
- All paid and processed
orders are sent on behalf of Spirit Corner and its partners with
the belief that you wanted the item (after all you did pay for it).
Any refused packages or unopened packages sent back marked
"Return to Sender" will automatically be charged
a 50% restock fee PLUS the original shipping cost. The fees will
be deducted from your refund.
Cancelled Orders
- Most of our products are custom printed by us within the first
7 days of your PAID order. If you cancel your order before we have
sent it, but we have already printed the items - you will be charged
a 30% restock fee. The fees will be deducted from your refund. If
you cancel before we print we do not charge a restock fee.
Taxes There is a 7.5% tax on all ILLINOIS orders unless a Tax ID# and account is established with us BEFORE you order. Shipping We
ship your products from different Companies straight to your door!
There will be a Flat Rate Shipping and Handling charge
based on your Cart Total. We Ship USA and International.
Note: International Shipping
is not available on All our products. Please email us before
ordering any items that will be shipped internationally. The USPS has doubled (or more) the international shipping rates. Most International Packages shipping as First Class International will be approx. $19 to ship to your destination.
